In the fast pace of modern life, time is our most precious asset. In a move to address this fact and to stay competitive, Walmart is making life easier for its customers. Walmart is at the forefront of innovative solutions that simplify shopping experiences, from pioneering curbside pickup in 2013, to introducing doorstep and InHome delivery in the years since.
As the clocks change for daylight saving time, Walmart is stepping up to save customers even more time with its latest delivery offering: Express On-Demand Early Morning Delivery.
Starting at 6 a.m., earlier than ever before, customers can enjoy the convenience of On-Demand delivery. This expanded timing offers them peace of mind knowing they can get things they need at their doorstep to kickstart the day.
As competition from rival retailers like Amazon and Target heats up, Walmart customers can order products such as baby items, home appliances, and work clothes to be delivered in as soon as 30 minutes with the company’s new service. Shoppers can access the service through the company’s app or website – and for Walmart+ members standard delivery is free.
“As we continue to innovate and accelerate, the message is clear: Shopping should be personal and as tailored to fit your lifestyle as those freshly delivered work shirts,” Walmart wrote in its announcement last Thursday. “With Walmart’s On-Demand Early Morning Delivery and a suite of other convenient options, we’re making sure you have what you need, when you need it, so you can reclaim your time no matter what the clock says.”
